Go online, turn on the TV, grab your newspaper (no one does that anymore), read the news, listen to people talk, and catch up on current events.
The majority of the time you’ll see and hear bad news. The headlines are almost always things going wrong in the world.
Though the world is nowhere near perfect, there is so much good out there that WE want to share. People are doing good deeds, making others smile, and changing lives. We want to show these people (and sometimes animals) who Spread Good.
What exactly does Spread Good mean? There is no set definition. As with many things, it’s open for interpretation. To each individual, Spread Good can mean something different. To someone, it may mean simply treating others with kindness and respect. To another person, it may mean giving a little bit of money or a lot of money to others who may not be as fortunate. To others, it may mean setting a good example. To me, Spread Good is about putting a smile on a face and making a person’s day brighter.
We’ve seen how small acts of kindness can really impact the people involved, those giving the kindness and those receiving it. Through our blog, we’ll share stories, and highlight groups, organizations, and individuals that personify Spread Good.
